  Treatment is only handled by technical staff in charge of processing, or others charged with occasional maintenance. No data from the web service is communicated or spread, with the following exceptions:

Data voluntarily provided by users
The optional, explicit and voluntary e-mail sending to the addresses listed on this website implies the acquisition of the sender address, which is necessary in order to answer any inquiries, and of any personal data included in the sender’s e-mail. Regarding browsing data, the user is free to provide personal information requested by the forms, unless specified below. Information lack may make impossible the fulfilment of your request.

Browsing data
During their routine operation, the computer systems and software used to operate this site acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The information is not collected so that it can be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature, could enable user identification if processed and combined with data held by third parties.
This type of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used to access the site, Uniform Resource Identifier addresses, the date and time of the request, and other parameters concerning the user’s operating system and IT environment. 1. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of data regarding him/her, even if not yet registered, and the communication of such data, of its treatment logic.
2. The user has the right to obtain:
   1. personal data origin;
   2. information on data treatment purposes and mode;
   3. information about personal data processed by means of electronic tools;
   4. the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
   5. indication regarding the subject or category of subjects to whom the data may be notified or that may access data as Supervisor or person in charge.
3. The user has the right to obtain:
   1. updating, modification or integration of data if requested;
   2. oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of data regarding him/her, even if pertinent with the data gathering purposes;
   3. certification that the procedures in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The user has the right to oppose, partially or entirely:
   1. oppose, for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of data regarding him/her, even if pertinent with the data gathering purposes;
   2. to the treatment of data regarding him/her for commercial information purposes, for advertising material delivery or for direct selling as well as for market survey purposes.
